Courses

Classes are held for six months from the first of October through March. Class time is from 8:15 A.M. to 12:00 noon, Monday through Friday, with the exception of Student Ministries.

Our two year program offers a Diploma in Biblical Studies. Those who complete our third year program earn a Diploma in Christian Ministry.

Classes which meet three days per week are considered three credit classes; classes which meet two days per week are two credit classes, etc. Class credit may be forfeited if attendance requirements are not met.

A.B.I. has special topics which enables the student to hear from missionaries and speakers from many parts of the world, on various ministry related topics. Student ministry hours are a great way to get involved in ministry and put into practice the things you are learning in the classroom.

Alaska Bible Institute is an affiliate institution of the Association for Biblical Higher Education. As such, it participates in and contributes to collegial and professional development activities of the Association. Affiliate status does not, however, constitute, imply or presume ABHE accredited status at present or in the future.
